The best way to get started in your training is to try one of our free classes. There are different free class options available depending on your age and subject interest. Please scroll through this page for an overview of the classes we offer, and when you have located the class you would like to try, select it from the options at the bottom of the page to reserve your spot. You will then be asked to fill out some information and sign a waiver document. Once you have done all that, all you have to do is show up about 5 min early to make sure everything went through our system properly, and then you can take your class.
If you have any problems with the signup process, you may also come to the gym 5-10min early and register in person. You must be 18 or older to register, or have a parent/legal guardian with you if you are under 18.
