Free Classes For Ages 7+ (Scroll Down For More Info)

The best way to get started in your training is to try one of our free classes. There are different free class options available depending on your age and subject interest. Please scroll through this page for an overview of the classes we offer, and when you have located the class you would like to try, select it from the options at the bottom of the page to reserve your spot. You will then be asked to fill out some information and sign a waiver document. Once you have done all that, all you have to do is show up about 5 min early to make sure everything went through our system properly, and then you can take your class.

If you have any problems with the signup process, you may also come to the gym 5-10min early and register in person. You must be 18 or older to register, or have a parent/legal guardian with you if you are under 18.

Beginning Sword Ages 14+

Ages 14+ may try a ‘Beginner Sword’ class for free.

The beginner sword class is taught in a semi-regular rotation of basic sword skills needed to begin taking the intermediate-level class. Regardless of where a first-time student begins in this rotation, all of these skills can be taught to people totally new to the Japanese sword. The free class is meant to give those with an interest in swordsmanship a taste of what the sword classes and the instructor are like, as well as introducing them to the friendly, veteran students. After the class, the instructor will discuss with you what to expect in future classes and, if interested in continuing, how to sign up for more.

Krav Maga Ages 5+

Krav Maga is the most practical self defense system.

There are no fancy tournaments, no one on one fights. Students are graded on their ability to cope with threatening simulated situations they can face in real life. If you are looking for a system that you can take with you onto the streets to protect you, then Krav Maga is the one martial art that has all you need.  Information about Krav Maga can be found on their website.  http://www.kravmaga101.us/

We do not have a drinking fountain so please bring a water bottle.  We have water for sale in the office for $1 if you forget to bring one.
