Krav Maga

Krav Maga is the most practical self defense system.  There are no fancy tournaments, no one on one fights. Students are graded on their ability to cope with threatening simulated situations they can face in real life. So What is Krav Maga?
Perhaps you have heard of a self defense called Krav Maga. So what is Krav Maga? It is a cutting edge martial arts system that is world renowned for its effectiveness in self defense. It originated from a system that managed to protect and defend against modern day situations, and is now taught commonly taught to military forces as the best form of unarmed combat. It is employed in organizations such as the Israeli Special Forces, FBI, and CIA to teach personnel to neutralize threats as quickly as possible.

Drop in during any of our beginner classes and feel for yourself what Krav Maga is all about, the first class is on us. Please be preparred by dressing for movement, bring your own water bottle (or puchase on site for $1), and fill out your ONLINE WAIVER.

What Makes Krav Maga Different? 
Krav Maga differs from traditional martial arts and mixed martial arts in that its role is to be used in finishing fights that exist in the real world, rather than in the controlled environments of a dojo or a ring. The underlying principle of Krav Maga is not to score points with elaborate kicks and punches, or grind out wrestling techniques that leave you vulnerable to attack; the underlying principle is that you can learn to end the fight as quickly and simply as possible
