Note: If you have problems with the signup process, you may come to the gym about 10min before your chosen free class and register in person.
You must either be 18 or older to register in-person, or have a parent/legal guardian sign for you if you are under 18.
Youth Intro Class (Ages 7-14)
Through this 30min class (regular classes are 55min) we will progressively introduce some of our common Parkour movements while navigating through an obstacle course. Skills included will be landings, vaulting, climbing, balancing, swinging, and more. This will give students a chance to see what Parkour is about and if it’s right for them, as well as letting you and them get to know some of our instructors and ask any questions you may have.
Adult Intro Class (Ages 14-116)
Through this 55min class we will explore some core Parkour movements in a safe and progressive way. Our focus in the class is to show everyone that Parkour is for everyone, and it isn’t as scary as a lot of people think. During class you will be introduced to skills including safe landing techniques, shoulder rolls, vaulting, climbing, and swinging. This is the best place to get started, and it gives you the opportunity to see what Parkour is about, get to know some of our instructors, and ask any questions or concerns you may have.
