We focus on basic body movement with an emphasis on Parkour and Freerunning skills.

Some of the activities we do in the kids classes are obstacle courses, games, tumbling, and activities that focus on learning how to move your body up and around different obstacles. We also teach teamwork, communication, focus, and self improvement techniques.

After the class, the instructor will guide you through the next steps of continuing your training.

To continue your training, you will sign up for a Junior Parkour membership. These classes follow an 8-week curriculum, with each of the 8 topics being split into 4 sub-topics. You will never get bored!

It’s a lot of stuff and it moves fairly quickly so you’ll get a good taste of everything that we do here. This class will also give you a good sense of the gym and equipment as well as let you get to know the instructors that teach here.

Martial Arts Intro Classes Overview

Japanese Sword Class | Ages 14+

You may also try a sword class for free, in addition to our free intro class.

The beginner sword class is taught in a semi-regular rotation of basic sword skills needed to begin taking the intermediate-level class. Regardless of where a first-time student begins in this rotation, all of these skills can be taught to people totally new to the Japanese sword. The free class is meant to give those with an interest in swordsmanship a taste of what the sword classes and the instructor are like, as well as introducing them to the friendly, veteran students. After the class, the instructor will discuss with you what to expect in future classes and, if interested in continuing, how to sign up for more.

Krav Maga Class | Ages 5+

Please refer to their website for more information.

The Krav Maga program is an organization that runs their programs out of our facility. Fight or Flight Academy is unable to answer most questions related to how their program is run. If you are interested in Krav Maga, please contact them directly through their website.

There are no fancy tournaments, no one on one fights. Students are graded on their ability to cope with threatening simulated situations they can face in real life. If you are looking for a system that you can take with you onto the streets to protect you, then Krav Maga is the one martial art that has all you need.  Information about Krav Maga can be found on their website.
