In this 30min class, we will cover some basic Parkour movements including proper jumping and landing techniques, the Parkour shoulder roll, swinging on bars, vaulting, and climbing. Our Junior Parkour classes are each 55min long.
This class is meant to teach some important safety information as well as give students an idea of the different things they will be doing in classes.
During this time, students can get familiar with some of our coaches and staff, as well as the gym space and equipment.
At the end of class, the instructor will guide you through the process of registering for classes with us.
