Our intro classes are designed for absolute beginners. The goal of the class is to introduce you to Parkour in a safe environment, showing you that Parkour can be for anyone. Through the intro class, we safely introduce Parkour movements including proper jumping and landing technique, as well as vaulting, climbing, rolling, and bar techniques.

Note: If you have problems with the signup process, you may come to the gym about 10min before your chosen free class and register in person.
You must either be 18 or older to register in-person, or have a parent/legal guardian sign for you if you are under 18.
