In this class we will cover all the basics of proper landing and rolling, 5 basic vaults, some simple wall climbing techniques, and a bar technique. It’s a lot of stuff and it moves fairly quickly so you’ll get a good taste of everything that we do here. This class will also give you a good sense of the gym and equipment as well as let you get to know the instructors that teach here.
After the class, the instructor will guide you through the next steps of continuing your training.
To continue your training, you will sign up for our 8-week Level 1 - Foundations course, which covers all the foundational movements of Parkour and Freerunning, to prepare you for our Level 2 classes.
