Chad Zwadlo has been training parkour since the summer of 2002. Before that he trained up to the level of 2nd degree black belt in American Freestyle Karate. He has also had extensive training in various weapons as well as movie stunts. He taught karate in Wisconsin for 5 years before moving to Minnesota to run a very successful freerunning program at a gymnastics school for 3 years and help found the Minnesota Parkour (MNPK) community. Currently, he is one of the owners and head instructors of Fight or Flight Academy and coordinator/member of the Tribe professional parkour team.

Kim DeRider has been training Parkour as a student at Fight or Flight Academy since the winter of 2012, and has been teaching at FoFa since the spring of 2015. Before starting his Parkour training, he trained in many styles of martial arts including Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido, Kong Su and Kom Do. He is currently training under Bond Becher in his own style of Japanese Sword entitled Ten-Mon Tsuuka Ryu. His other passions include cinematography and video games. You can find some of his film work on the FoFa Youtube channel (his favorite video he has filmed is "Chad Zwadlo | A to B"). You can catch him online playing mostly Rocket League and Hearthstone.
Holden has been training parkour and freerunning since 2011. Despite injuries and other setbacks over the years, parkour has still remained his biggest passion. In the gym you can probably find him doing some 'stupid' strides or bar swinging. Need a challenge? Find Holden! Outside of the gym, you can find Holden enjoying music on every level, doing something in the woods or waiting tables in Minneapolis.
Sam has been training parkour/freerunning since the summer of 2010, beginning as a student under the instruction of Chad at Gleason’s Gymnastics School. He is one of the founding members of the BadPk parkour team, has competed in multiple competitions, and has performed in shows across the country. Sam began assisting in class instruction in the fall of 2014 and has been a full-fledged instructor since the spring of 2015. He is currently enrolled in the College of Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota and is pursuing a degree in Computer Science
Bond Becher has been training in Martial Arts since 1998. He holds a 2nd degree black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do, is well versed in the use and history of over a dozen close combat weapons, and has over 8 years of professional Martial Arts instruction experience. His sword style, Ten-mon Tsuuka Ryu, is the product of over 15 years of continuous practical training, historical and intellectual study on the subject, as well as over 500 sparring matches. Bond has also been training in Parkour and Freerunning at Fight or Flight Academy since it opened in 2011.
Jeff 'Jeffy' Priesmeyer
Jeff "Jeffy" Priesmeyer has been training Parkour and Freerunning since the spring of 2014. He has spent most of his life in the music arts with over 12 years of classical piano training, 10 years of marching band and drumline performances, contemporary percussion music performances, and earning a degree in music education. He has a background in Taekwondo, earning a 1st Degree black belt at age 14. Currently, he helps run the Twin Cities Parkour training and jam sessions, and teaches evening weight lifting classes at Fight or Flight Academy. In his spare time, he enjoys playing Magic the Gathering, writing, photography, and training Freerunning flow movement.

Eli has been training parkour and freerunning since February of 2013 and weightlifting since 2015. He is currently a parkour and weight training coach at Fight or Flight Academy. Outside of the gym Eli is going to school to seek a degree in nutrition. He likes to spend his free time playing video games. Eli is originally from Austria and speaks both English and German fluently.
