Ashley will be here at Noon to run a yoga workshop with Parkour athletes' needs in mind. The workshop will focus on our joints, as well as common problem areas that Parkour athletes have such as hip-flexors and ankles.
While being more flexible won't directly help your Parkour performance, it is extremely beneficial for longevity in the sport. You will have less random pains in the body, if you fall you are much less likely to get hurt, and you will notice injuries healing faster.
The workshop costs $10 for the hour, and afterward, we will be looking for feedback including if you liked it, what can be changed, and how often you may want to have a yoga workshop at the gym.
